Product condition
Every product is labelled New, Refurbished or Used. Used and refurbished devices are tested before sale and we describe any known cosmetic or functional issues. Warranty terms are stated for each product and confirmed at purchase.
Exchange and buy-back quotes
Quotes given remotely are estimates based on the details and photos you send. The final value is confirmed after we inspect the device in person.
Repairs
We diagnose devices and give you a quote before carrying out paid work. Please back up your data before handing over a device; we take care with your data but cannot be responsible for data loss caused by an existing fault.
Delivery
Delivery days and any charges depend on your area and are confirmed before dispatch. Road and weather conditions in winter can cause delays; we will keep you informed.
